Those Hundred Series fenders are NLA and not being repopped as far as I know. So if you want 'original' you'll need to repair those. Repops of the 01 through the Prior thousand series fenders are available. They do have the script stamped in them but are pricey as you have seen. They wouldn't be "correct" on a Hundred either if that matters. If all that correctness doesn't matter you can just get the non script ones for like a 3000. I have bought them from YT a couple of times and they are good, heavy fenders. Any of the smaller Ford fenders will bolt on and work on your 640. From the 9N/8N ones all the way through the 3600s. Where they bolt to the axle is all the same though if you are running 13.6x28 tires the N fenders will be a little short. I ran N fenders on my 3000 for about 10 years with 12.4s on it. They were fine. Photo shows them on my tractor. Since that photo was taken I found a nice set of Brit fenders with the wide step plates and swapped the N fenders out.
