Rumley Oil Pull fuel pump

MyRumley Oil Pull M-20-35 has quit pumping fuel from the kerosene tank. The check valve seems to be Ok, and the lines don`t leak so I wonder if the pump plunger in the carb is bad. Does anyone have any experiance with these darn things?
