We finally got the last hurdle done and everything is signed and the farm is all mine, well after 180 easy to make payments anyway. Lol. Seems there is always something that comes up and this deal has been a tough one. I don't have much experience with this and trust more than I should, as a result not everything on our house was done right when we bought it, so there were many things that needed to be straightened out before ours could sell. What a chore that was. And to make things worse, the buyer was getting a first time buyers loan from FHA, so that adds an extra layer of hassle. So in spite of an issue as late as 830pm yesterday, and I'm as surprised as you that a banker was working at 830 last nite, everything went off fine this morning. It was kind of fun because the young gal that bought our house was so emotional that she was getting a house that she kept crying whenever she thought of it. She was just so happy. Lol. Anyway, the farm is mine and all is go9d with the world.

But, on the other hand, there is a secret language that our mechanical companions readily do speak. It is an interesting form of communication that involves all the senses of the listener. In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
