With the rubber on they would not want it. would look for non rubber wheels to put on. Cannot see from picture if it is a 3 bar or 4 bar., if the 4 bar it is just called an enclosed gear rake now i a 3 bar it if open gears will have a reverse gear in it to ted with. There was also a 3 bar enclosed gear but in all the rakes I have handled I have only seen one of those and it was already just a parts rake that I used to fix others up. For tire or tube Miller tire out of Waseun ?Oh. and it is a 4:00 x 36" tire. The back tires are 4:00 x 9", odd size but New Idea and J D also used that size. On steel here that rake if the 4 bar I would get $400 out of it selling to an Amish dealer for resale at around $700
