To pay for the cops have 2 one clocking the speed of drivers going into the construction zone and the other at the end writing tickets.Most places I see they'd pay for both their wages before their shift was half over.I see some places speeding in a construction zone gets the driver a flat $200 fine over top of the speeding fine which seems reasonable to me.
