This a sore spot for me. I believe that each of us has the primary responsibility for our own safety. The bicyclist must have felt safe enough to to stay on the right side of the traffic lane. I have thought of this situation many times. I think I would only move over at the very last moment. BUT at the end of the day, I want to be able to go to bed and get a good nights sleep. Knowing that I am not responsible for any one getting hurt.
