I live in a very scenic area, a favorite for bikers and big organized bike rides. Yes, it is a pain in the butt when they hog the road. We have many hills, so if I get caught behind one slowly grinding up a hill, I can't pass until it is clear to see oncoming traffic. I used to be a bike rider, probably 30 miles a week, but no more due to knees. Yes these folks are very inconsiderate, some are just stupid jerks.... BUT. I am not going to kill one of them just because I want to get to town 5 minutes faster. I see a lot of stupid drivers testing the law of averages, passing blind, following too close, blowing them off the road...but killing someone to save 5 minutes would sure put a damper on the rest of your life.
