I can agree with that. Had a new driver on the feed truck yesterday. Complete idiot. Missed one of the feeders because he was on his cell phone. I told him to back up but stay on the road. Swamp land on both sides. First thing he does is back up into the swamp. F450 500 gallons of liquid feed on board. Buried up to the axles. Four hours later and me covered in mud. Me and the driver sent to pull us out. Got it out. The driver that got us stuck was to busy on the phone to help. Yesterday was his last day as a driver for me.
