I've worked on Kubota's off and on for many years. Great tough machines. As far as I know, very reliable engines. I have B2710 tractor with loader. It's my "hired hand, helper". Small enough to get in tight spots, but strong enough to lift and hold things until I get a stand under them. Just make sure the PTO turns the proper direction, but I think it was the B6000 that had the backwards PTO. There were special PTO implements made for that tractor. Only thing hard for me is servicing it. As I've advanced in years(Old, 71), it's harder to get down on the ground to work on it.....OK, easy to get down, hard to stand up! So I have a car trailer than I use when it's time to work on the tractor. I run the tractor up on the trailer near the edge of the bed. Then I can stand beside it or sit in the edge of the bed to work on it. Just keep it serviced and I think you'll be fine. Got any other questions, e-mail or message me Jon K

But alas, my carb foiled me again, it would fire a second then flood out. After numerous dead ends for a replacement carb, I went to work fixing mine.I soldered new floats on the float arm, they came from an old motorcycle carb, replaced the packing on the throttle shaft with o-rings, cut new ga
