Hi KCM a 1939 Fordson tractor being used by Land Army girls. The land army was formed in 1940 to replace the men on the farms who had gone to war and they were housed in hostels in the villages. We had one in our village and most of the girls married local farmers. Just lost one of the last surviving girls who was in her nineties. MJ
