I just bought a Kubota B3350. Mine's a ROPS model (trees) but it's available with climate controlled cab. Not cheap.
The B3350 is 27 PTO HP. The 3350 replaced a very good 51 8N with Sherman combination. It has more than enough power to operate the 5' rough cut mower that I used on the 8N but the smaller tires and short wheelbase bounce me around more. It is also more likely to scalp when mowing close due to the smaller tires.
The 3350 is not available 2WD but a cost reduced SU version is available without some of the bells and whistles, including mid PTO (can't use MMM).
Both 5' and 6' belly finish mowers are available.
Tractors, including CUTS and SCUTS are always rated PTO HP, though engine HP is often also published. The B3350 is 33 engine HP, about the same as your Jubilee, though it is significantly smaller.
It's available only with hydrostat transmission.
If you want something with a cab that is comparable in size and weight to your Jubilee, you will need to move up to the Grand L models, which cost more.
