Matt. We went a bit farther then cider.Oh BOY DID WE.!!!About 25% alcohol content.Had a snoot full (2 classes)the other night, and I can swear it's smooth as silk.I couldn't see all the years apples going to waste ,laying on the ground, rotting away.We still have 8 gal, working. Today it's putting the radiator back on the Bobcat.Had it re-cord so no leaks and 3 tank patches. Fellow was reasonable in price and we sure was happy to get it going again.Saves the back when lifting wood blocks.Sure as shootin you will enjoy the cider, was wondering what brand apples did you use? Harelson (sp) is both our trees and they bear every season..Regards Lou & Victor.
