If it freezes enough to freeze the water. It will tear the stem out of the tube when you drive it, with frozen tires. The reason for considering the temperature and location. Remember the tire will not thaw out as fast as other things since tires work as an insulation when thawing. Anitfreeze will not give the weight chloride will. Chloride is not s problem if you FIX the LEAK right away. Don't let it set till next year then wonder why the rim is rusty.
