I would imagine they are. Allis really pushed rubber tires. To the extent that if somebody ordered one on steel,they'd deliver one on rubber telling the customer that they didn't have steel right now,but when they came in,they'd come out and switch them. They rarely had to switch a pair. The owner would keep the rubber tires once they tried them.
