Hi all, So I brought the David Brown 25D home this afternoon, and now it is in dozens of pieces all around! As I was told, the clutch plate had rusted onto the flywheel long enough to drive it onto our truck, and unload, but that was about it! It wouldn't move the tractor on the flat in LOW 1ST gear. Now I know why! The driven plate (flywheel side) had no lining whatsoever! On the pressure side all was gone but 4" on part! The clutch housing under the clutch was about 3" deep with a mixture of lining and mostly salt! The pressure plate assembly was packed with salt too! Thought you might be interested...any more advice will be appreciated! Thanks! Joshua
