I am not familiar with either tractor but you need to re-alize that size will make a difference. I have small acres myself. I mow around trees and a tractor that is lower in size works better. the front end loader will make the tractor longer so you need to keep that in mind. as far as the tractors there selves it sounds as the kapota might be better as it might have been serviced better. you will get a better understanding when you meet the sellers. go on the net to check each tractor out. write down some questions to ask the owner. don't be shy cause once you buy it its yours. service records will help. if both tractors came out with loaders on them then they are already equipped with the proper weight for the bucket. having said all this pay real close attention to the sellers. some people sell things because they don't need them. some sell because there is a problem with them and some just to make money. asking a lot of questions whether you think there stupid or not will help you make up your mind. good luck on what ever you do.
