Hi everyone, many of you remember the history of CASE tractors. In the Mid 1980's CASE built the largest 400 Hp tractor to hit the market the 4994, yes it was rushed to production and most of the farmers who had one had some problem especially with the steering and transmission shifting. But I love this special 4994 and the 94 series of tractors. This week we finished testing a new computer system that controls the steering and the shifting with new 2018 technology and it works great for a very low cost. I still love the Scania Engine, you just got to know where to get parts and they are much less expensive then other engines and run great. I have four 4994's a 4890, a 4894 and had a 2670 some years back. They work great on the farm, if you have one don't give up you may be able to get it going good again. Love to chat with you about the old 4994 and what your experience has been, hope I can get some pics up some time. Thanks Tall35

I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Not a place one would associate with farms or farm machinery. I credit my parents for instilling a lot of good values, a respect for learning, a knowledge of various skills and a little knowledge of farming in me, amo
