I have had a "work" bag for years. No I do not carry it everywhere I go like a purse but it is never far away.
I was always forgetting something. Put everything in one bag now.
Has my GPS; different medications; a leatherman; important papers I must carry; extra pair of glasses; phone headset and charger; odds and ends like pens and markers; ect. I know if I got this bag in my hand; my wallet; work phone; and keys in my pocket; I got what I need to go to work.
I also have a overnight bag that has everything I need to spend a night away from home as I sometimes travel with work. Throw a set of cloths in and now with these 2 bags I can leave and be good for a couple of days away.
