Our twp. has one of those too. Think it is a big 4 cyl. Wisconsin engine? You almost want to say "hey guys, here is 50, go do the whole yard". They do like how my AgriFab leaf sucker machine just makes these big loafs of leafs that I put in a row on the curb. When the leafs are dry it slides out like a green chop wagon. The guy just takes the hose and starts sucking it up. They pick up the first week of November and the first week of December. The December piles are usually huge. This year two weeks ago we had about 24 hours of really strong wind so a lot of leaves got blow away.
