Thanks for the update. My department has a Peterbilt 379 with a 3800 gal. tank. We have had several problems such as the fiberglass baffles breaking and the tank shifting when cornering. The tank had a 20 year warranty but the fire apparatus builder went out of business 2 years after we bought the truck. We spent nearly 35,000 to have a new tank made and installed and the company that did the tank installation did a poor job. We just spent another 2,000 to have bracing installed to keep the tank from shifting.
