After you free up the gears by centering the sliders. Then deal with the fuel system. We don't know your background and how much you know about Dexta tractors. If you don't know anyone who can build up the main shift lever, You can buy a new one as there are a number of places that have them including YT.
1. Did you actually put gasoline in the diesel tank? If you did this you need to completely drain the fuel tank, filter, fuel line and injection pump. Gasoline can completely destroy the engine.

3. Which front lever are you talking about? There is an engine speed lever on the right side just under the steering wheel.
It might help if you tell about the history of this tractor. How long have you had it? etc.
