My Deere 6415 with a Standyne DE10 pump is not wanting to fire. A couple days ago I started it and it died like the fuel had jelled. I had additive in the fuel and it should not have been a problem since it was only down in the teens. But I changed the filters since they were a year old and primed the system by running the electric pump. I tried to start and it fired up for just a few seconds then died again. After that I can't get it to fire at all - no smoke, not even trying to fire. I've got fuel to the injection pump but none to the injectors. I suspect the electric shutoff isn't opening. I've checked current at the plug at the rear of the pump and I get 8.8 volts from the yellow wire to frame ground, but 0 when crossing between terminals of the plug. Is the green wire supposed to be a ground? I get no continuity between green wire and frame ground. I don't want to damage the ECU so I'm asking advice before I do much more testing. Thanks for any help.

I've already drilled the center of the bolt out with about 7/64" drill bit the entire length of the bolt. Only one end of the bolt is visible. I tried to use an easy out but it wasn't budging and I didn't want t
