the owner was sitting in the truck cap (typical auctioneer cap on the back of a pickup they sit in and sell from) as it was nasty out and he isn't very mobile with parkinson's disease so i suspect the owner said something about it to the auctioneer during the bidding and he was honest and made the announcement and was fair and started over.
so i wouldn't blame the auctioneer as he wouldn't know and give him credit for honesty. i thought it still brought good $ for as rough as the 86's and the 100 hyrdo looked.
on the other hand, they did not do a good job promoting it. he's in the 1990's as far as tech (using website) goes.
