Great update, love the '85 K10, as much as I like my Ford's, 73-87 K series were a big favorite, maybe not so much the ride, but mechanically, just great trucks.
Darned things rusted out too easy around here, you don't see a lot of them around. I wanted one in a 4 speed, K10 that is, and ended up converting an automatic one to a 4 spd with a nice donor drive train. Interesting project, not all that hard either. This thing pushes over small trees, I used to line them up with the plow frame and knock em over, drive over them. That truck would go and has been to a lot of places many won't. Creek beds with water, deep snow and over logs and knocked over trees and vegetation.
