Help I embarked on a two can rebuild and ran out of paint.
By the time I got back from buying more rattle cans I kind of forgot where all the things I took off go.
It only took me 30 hours to take it apart and I do not know what I am doing so surely someone who knows how to use wrenchy thingys can put it back together in half the time it took me seeing as I already have spent 40 hours putting the hard stuff back together.
The guy I bought it from said it was running when it was parked so how hard can it be, he gave me a few 5 gal pails of parts with it.
I can't see where any of them would go so I think I may have lots of extras, maybe I can trade them for your labor.
He also said something about being positive that Jennie ground something on the 12 bolt battery, I am guessing Jennie was probably the horse he had in the yard while I was there.
I can not see 12 bolts on the battery, maybe they are in the pail I am sure you can figure it out.
I found a loader for it, the guy selling the loader said it will fit on any tractor with a little work.
So being the generous person I am, I figure 1 hour is a little work, so I added 2 hours to my offer to cover any small problems you may run into.
I was told I would need a pump and control to lift the loader but I already solved that problem.
I had a heck of a time taking the loader apart so I could lift it one piece at a time into my BMW to get it home but at least that is done.
And I controlled it from falling off the roof with 3 bungee cords, it was a little scary on the freeway so I bought 6 more bungee cords to better control it on the tractor.
It is all here somewhere freshly painted and ready to go.
I really need to get this tractor running as I have promised my wife I would build a new driveway, dig a pond for the birdys, till the garden and level our 2.3 acre Ranch so we can seed grass for the pony we are going to buy for little Tracy when she turns 6 this fall.

Today's Featured Article - Restoration Story: 1964 JD 2010 Dsl - Part 2 - by Jim Nielsen. Despite having to disassemble the majority of my John Deere 2010's diesel engine, I was still hopeful I could leave the engine-complete with crankshaft and camshaft-in the tractor. This would make the whole engine rebuild job much easier-and much less expensive! I soon found however, that the #4 conrod bearing had disintegrated, taking with it chunks of the crankshaft journal. As a resul
