It's sad to hear about your grandmother.
Family traditions often change as they move down through the generations. Other hunting ground can be found or rented. The biggest change might be that grandmother won't be providing those for free anymore. Get together with some other family members and work out some way to replace them. A $Million plus is a lot for one person to pay just to keep your grandmothers farm.
