OK...problem solved and several answers. Had to look up the piling cap though. There is something I have and have seen in plenty of commercial kitchens. It is a very big collender called a Chinese cap or hat. Depends on who you ask. They come in several sizes and hole sizes for straing foods through. You use a wood or plastic tapered pusher thingy tool to mash stuff. Would look cooler on that home made tractor cause they look almost like the screens that are used on helicopter jet engines. Just cut the spot welds for the handles and you got your jet engine screen. The big size ones are around 18 inches across.
