Do you know these two officers? have you ever delt with them? if not, how can you say they where badge heavy? If you don't know these two officers, it is just plain wrong of you to classify them as you have. That would be like me calling you a jerk without knowing you. If you are going 75 in a 55 zone, and a police officer stops you, is he being badge heavy also?
