: I AM HAVEING TROBLE WITH MY TRACTOR FOULING THE SPARK PLUGS. AND IT'S NOT FROM BRUNING OIL. IPUT A CARB. KIT IN BUT IT DIDN'T HELP. WOULD ANYONE KNOW HOW TO SET THE FLOATS IN CAB. THANKS
