well there is no part number on the stabilizer, just a M in a circle stamped into it,since iv spent 2 days finding there isnt any known to exist in the whole U S , what i did was align the 2 pieces and tack weld it, then cut a piece of plate steel and bend it and shape it to fit over the center area in the part, and fully weld it around the edges, then turned the piece over and welded it around the openings in the stabilizer from the backside, then i cut, bent and shaped another piece of plate to fit the other side, got it halfway welded around the edge, then, ran out of welding wire in the welder! it never fails! .... got to go to town and buy more now. that fully sandwiches the part in fully welded new steel, that should be as strong as it ever was, on this old mower these clamp to the lower lift arms on the tractor, and on the left side, this side, the rod that goes down to the belcrank which locates the spring for the cutter bar return attaches, so it or some form of it has to be on the tractor
