Case Explosion Narrowed Down to Human Error

word out of Ohio is that the investigtion is zeroing in on low water(operator error). All on the scene seem to agree that there was nothing wrong with the steam engine; its age was not a factor.
When the official report is released later this month, it should put to rest any ignorant suggestions of a steam ban.
We will never know the truth about what distractions may have caused otherwise diligent steam engineers to let their water get low.
