We have a wheeled excavator at work, it does ok for what it is. Not as good as tracks, but doing road work on paved or gravel roads, tracks just don't work well on pavement, and we didn't want to put street pads on it, or have to haul it everywhere each time we need it. It will move along down the road at about 25 mph or so, so it doesn't take too long to move from place to place. The pictures are of us digging rocks out of one of my gravel roads I take care of. This township won't put down any new gravel, so what I have is what I'm stuck with. These rocks were only sticking up an inch or so into the road, but it was enough that while scraping the road or plowing snow on it, it would break the bolts holding the scraper blades to my underbody and jar the heck out of you. All better now. Ross
