This is a dedicated NG carb are a dedicated NG/LP carb. The solenoid is the LP/NG selector apply power to the solenoid its LP no power NG. I have took the gas carb off and installed this one.
The solenoid on this is not a fuel shutoff, it is a fuel type valve. It is solenoid that directs the fuel through different ports depending on what fuel is being used – LP or NG. With a battery connected, it runs on LP, with no electrical connection it runs on Natural Gas. There needs to be some type of safety valve in the fuel system that only allow fuel flow when the engine is turning over.
Its got to be the load valve I can add a standard load valve and open it up then see what the adjuster does.
When I called US carb and asked about the fuel hose between the regulator and carb they told me they use a 1/2" heater hose pick it up from NAPA... I think I will stop by the local hose repair and check out what he has...
