IH 5488 Muffler off

I have a 5488 and can not get the muffler off. I have removed all the bolts but it will not move forward to come off the turbocharger. Can anyone tell me the trick to making this old muffler come off?? I have a new one comming tomorrow to replace it with ( if I can get the old one off!!)
