I have watched the show several times. I do not know the man personally but I can see where he might get a little testy at times and I cannot blame him. A couple of examples; 1) When you see some of when you see a dog or cat brought in that has had an injury or sore that has been neglected for so long that it is filled with infection and pain, then they expect him to fix it. 2) He goes out to a farm to look at a large animal, horse, cow, etc. and the farmer does not have the basic facilities to control the animals, a chute, dry barn, etc. I have seen several cases where they are chasing cows in open pastures, trying to work in knee deep mud, rain, etc. These situations make it time consuming, difficult & unsafe for him and more stressful for the animals. So I can see where he might get a little touchy at times, especially if it was not the first time he had been to a particular location/farm.
