holy... 11 months!, that's a for sure its tear down time. 2 weeks is too long. thats why a person must keep exhaust pipes covered. and when rain gets in make sure the engine is started within a day! even at that you will see the cyl,s stained from the water. water and metal equals rust. that tiny engine can have the head off in an hr. and do things properly. you will be pulling pistons also along with the valves from head. this is the time to inspect things, but guaranteeing head work will be required. I have had engines soak for a year that got rain in them just for my own proof that soaking don't work.
