Stonerock I can see many on here do not have to deal with trespassers on a regular basis. I had trouble for years on one farm because the county put a walking trail/park/public hunting ground behind it. Cut fences, shot cattle, cattle gates left open, and etc. Deer season was the worst time of the year as it got all the city idiots for hundreds of miles away coming to it. They thought it was great idea to hunt our ground even though it was posted for no hunting or trespassing. shot at a few of the morons over the 20 years I had to "deal with it". Best thing every when the county got tight on money and closed it about five years ago. Sold it just last year. Couple of fellows from the Quad Cities bought it together. Built a nice hunting cabin. They came and got written permission from all the adjoining land owners to hunt. Pay a little money to each of us. They keep the riffraff out.
I will say that the three SSS rule would be better than posting on here about it.

After two summers of having to park my old 1964 model 4000 gas 4 cyl. on a hill just in case the 6 volt system, for whatever reason, would not crank her, I decided to try the 12 volt conversion. After some research of convert or not, I decided to go ahead, the main reason being that this tractor was a working tractor, not a show tractor (yet). I did keep everything I replaced for the day I do want to restore her to showroom condition.
