You still have a clutch problem. It is not completely disengaging. Perhaps the adjustment needs to be rechecked and in a few instances I have had to ignore the factory settings in favor of what will actually work. I have seen slightly warped clutch disks that prevent the complete disengagment, as well as wavey clutch lining surfaces. I would first try to readjust the clutch to allow it to disengage and forget the factory setings. Should that not work, you are going to have to go deeper. Are you sure the pilot bearing isn't binding and dragging the shaft as it turns? Are all the fingers on the pressure plate set at the exact same height? Is the throw out bearing traveling all it should? These are things to check.
