Looks like an Allis Chalmers 7000 series cab. As far as rubber washers,you'll need some pretty good heavy ones. White mounts use rubber and thin steel,stacked on a pipe that goes over the mounting bolt. Just putting one rubber washer between the tractor and the cab mount and drawing the bolt down would wear the rubber out pretty quick I'm afraid.
