But I was talking about the cab prior to the sound guard. Case came out with it in 69, I believe the sound guard was in 72. There is no question the leap frogged back and forth over quality as time passed. But no matter how much you like them, they still had the center post which was a problem. Everyone has their favorite, but I've driven both too and I disagree with the sg being that much better. At best some models tested better but both were good for their time.
