I'll Side with jon...liner seals shot. Usual cause is lack of maintenance with the cooling system,worn out antifreeze with the additives depleted, coolant not changed regularly. Sealer won't fix this, remove the liners and replace the seals. Anti freeze and engine oil don't mix, you can go from leaky liner seals to spun bearings real quick. If you tear it down and fix the seals install a coolant filter or use the test strips and add coolant conditioner(NAPA sells both) annually to keep the system in good shape
