long 560

does the long 560 have a safety shut off when low on water or hot. Mine will run about 15 minutes then shut down. It was low on water and after water was added it started after 10 or so minutes of trying. It has some small fuel leaks but I don't think it is sucking air. It shuts off like the fuel was shut off. any help?
