What you have is a 1947 2N. The serial numbers for the 2N continued the 9N prefix from where the 9N's left off..It changed with the 8N. You can get on the average anywhere from $2000 to $3500 depending on what part of the country you are in... You could try the 9N,2N,8N forum for more information. You could also check out the tractor values and List prices sections in the left hand column,under research and info heading. Good Luck Tom-Pa

Earthmaster Project Progress Just a little update on my Earthmaster......it's back from the dead! I pulled the head, and soaked the stuck valves with mystery oil overnight, re-installed the head, and bingo, the compression returned.
