Maximum pull figures are generated during the maximum drawbar tests "...Test G, the operating maximum drawbar tests are made in the forward gears to determine the maximum horsepower the tractor will develop in each forward gear with the engine running at rated speed under prevailing temperature and barometric conditions." Most tests required additional ballast to enable the test unit to achieve maximum figures.
