Many of you may have seen the 1/16 scale moldboard plow that I have been building. I also started building a 7 shank Landoll Soilmaster. That is coming along nicely, and I am heavily customizing an older Ertl Case 1030 toy tractor that I had given to me back a month ago. The tractor was missing one fender, the other was bent along with the rear axle, a broken drawbar and missing front tire and steering wheel. I started building a cab for another tractor years back, so now I will finish it up on this tractor. I will be cutting off a lot of unwanted pieces on the tractor carcass including the front axle. I will build a custom front axle which looks real, and building a wide swinging roller drawbar rather than the generic one Ertl used. Bolt on accessories and wheels and tires are coming from Dakota Toys. The cab and other modifications are made from K&S brass tubing and sheet stock, plus copper flashing. Loren
