We don't know where you live, what towns and cities are nearby... I mean, if the closest small town with any sort of store is 30 miles away, then you're gonna have to drive at least 30 miles to find anything local.
Any machinery dealer should have these ends, right on the shelf, in their showroom. Even TSC will have them, if you stop staring at the horse feed and look at other parts of the store. Horse feed is only part of one aisle. Usually the next aisle is fencing supplies, then the 3pt parts are along the back wall, in the next aisle. But, if you throw up your hands and walk the other way at the sight of a bag of horse feed, I can't help ya.
