Yep, it's rain water. If it was clear, and the coolant hasn't dropped, got to be rain water.
The sooner you can get it running the better. There is still moisture down in around the rings, ring lands, and valve guides. The only way to get rid of it is to run it, preferably under load, and with the engine up to operating temperature.
Look the exhaust pipe over, you'll probably find where it is getting in. A lot of water can track down the muffler, go under the cap, anywhere you don't want it to go, it will find a way.
Might loosen the transmission/differential plugs, probably find water there too.
