Charles, Its been my experience that when shear pins keep breaking and you have already checked the obvious. You have something binding or that is causing to much applied torque. Next time it happens, check to see if anything is over heating. Try turning everything by hand (with the belt off)while everything is still warm. Maybe you have a bearing that's trying to sieze up. Be sure to check your belt tension. Folks tend to put belts on too tight. Have you had a reliable shop check the Mag. It may been requiring to much torque. (happens on old Mags) Hope this helps Harry
