This is the opposite experience I have on the plains of southern Minnesota. Those with a blade & loader have 6-10 foot banks on the sides of their driveway by mid-winter that blow solid full of drifts in any little breeze. Those with good strong tractor snow blowers blow the snow 20 plus feet away, and the banks only get 2 feet or so high along the driveways. Less drifting, less snow, less work all year long. You aim the spout _with_ the wind, and it blows away. If you must blow into the wind, you angle the tip of the spout downward. And start with a good strong 2-stage blower that can move the snow to begin with. No one, and I mean no one around here, would trade a tractor snow blower for a blade & loader! Snow blowers take some heavy abuse, and you are lucky if you buy one strong & tough & well built. We have the best luck with a snow blower that is strong & tough enough to stall out the engine, rather than weak & whimpy & busts _all_ the time. I do not mean the blower should be too big! You want it sized right for your tractor hp. But in that size, you want it built big & heavy & tough. --->Paul

Well, although these tires were in good shape as far as tread was concerned, they looked real sad. All were flat, but new tubes fixed that. In addition to years and years of scuffing and fading, they had paint splattered on
