first of all if your computer is on then its most likely receiving data. make sure your computer is set up to disconnect from the online. a lot of computers are set up to automatically hook up to the internet when your computer is turned on and will not disconnect unless you do so manually or shut the computer off. I noticed the other day there was a re-install windows 10 on my windows program. never had seen that before and my computer had been acting weird for awhile so I did a complete re-install of my windows 10 through my windows program. I use windows virus program. then ran the file organizer program called defrag. then ran a full virus check. it seems to be a lot better now. I get a lot of notices from windows security is has blocked things trying to get to my memory. you may not know but I believe windows can get into your computer any time you are on line. after all its there program.
